I know you refused to cover one of our clients because we hired Pete Mikla to be our liaison in Las Vegas. I wish now that we had taken the time to ask you the reasons. Please accept my apology. I ask that you post this as a public apology, but request that you keep it anonymous, only because the season has just started as we are swamped, and don't have time to deal with any phone calls from the nosey and curious.
Again, so sorry.

KISS THE PAST HELLO: LIVES OF AMERICAN TEEN-AGERS: PHOTO EXHIBIT OF LARRY CLARK - Broadway To Vegas column - October 10, 2010

http://www.broadwaytovegas.com/October10,2010.html

Good God!!! As a photographer he is an expert and genius. That doesn't mean a child should see the pictures and then ask age inappropriate question or want to hook up with their boy/girl friend and try some of the positions. That's not censorship, that's good parenting. If it "takes a Village to raise a family " then it is totally proper that the jurdiction steps in and says Adults Only.

ELLIS ISLAND BOB HOPE LIBRARY DEDICATION - Broadway To Vegas column - September 26, 2010

http://www.broadwaytovegas.com/September26,2010.html

Nobody has ever done more for the USO than Bob Hope. After he became too old to do his visits and television specials other performers could have taken up the cause, taped their visits and had a TV special, at least at Christmas time, like Mr.Hope did. A "reality" show on how a USO tour is put together with any stars they'd care to have picked; Connie Stevens, Jay Leno, Billy Crystal, David Letterman, Trace Adkins, Lady GaGa, Madonna, Cher, Katy Perry and those cheerleaders would have been interesting. Did anybody care enough to even try for a television special?
Thanks
Just call me An Old Vet who will always remember seeing Mr. Hope in person perform during Vietnam.

Las Vegas used to have the greatest entertainers in the world and crappy food. A guy might even buy a new shirt or tie to take his gal to see Sinatra, Dean Martin, Steve & Eydie or Presley. People need to know that being in pain causes suicides. When you tell a doctor you're in pain and they can't find a reason, you're told you're crazy. What you are is in pain. The medical community needs to realize that when a person goes from doctor to doctor looking for a relief from pain it's because they hurt, not because they want attention.

TAKES TALENT TO BE A BURLESQUE DANCER - Broadway To Vegas column - May 30, 2010

http://www.broadwaytovegas.com/May30,2010.html

Just because you had a class in modern dance doesn't mean you have what it takes to be a burlesque dancer. Not even a drunk will tip a bad dancer so they get weeded out. The good ones have style. Don't knock it if you haven't tried it.

SARAH FERGUSON, PRINCE ANDREW HEADLINES OVER SHADOW QUEEN VICTORIA EXHIBIT - Broadway To Vegas column May 23, 2010

http://www.broadwaytovegas.com/May23,2010.html

A dumb blonde has nothing on Fergie. She's one dumb redhead. Didn't anybody ever teach her that men don't respect women who really fall in love with them? They want the women who say 'Prove your love by giving me your money. Give me. Do for me' Fergie was stupid. She was so determine to prove that she really loved Andrew that she didn't go after his money. The Royal Family doesn't respect her because she let them walk all over her. It was wrong for her to try to sell access to her ex-husband, but it's really his fault. If she had been treated well, this wouldn't have happened. So she got her toe sucked. What's was the big deal? Diana had lovers. Diana died respected because she demanded money. Fergie is treated like a fool because she didn't place a value on her services. Let that be a lesson. Don't ever give away your heart. Rent it, but don't ever give it away.

VICTORIA AND ALBERT EXHIBIT IN LONDON OVERSHADOWED BY THE DUKE AND DUCHESS OF YORK - Broadway To Vegas column May 23, 2010

http://www.broadwaytovegas.com/May23,2010.html

Plan a trip to London next month and will see this exhibit. In the meantime I'm watching
the Fergie and Andy soap opera.. Fergie may be a show-off and financially incompetent of managing a dime, but that off-the-wall spontaneity is part of her personality that caused Randy Andy to fall for her.
Just because you no longer love somebody doesn't mean you let them fall down a well. The man is suppose to take care of the woman. The man plays, he pays. He should have provided her with a cost of living settlement and then insisted that somebody else manage it for her. Then something like this wouldn't have happened. If they aren't smart enough to know that, then why is that family ruling a country?

VICTORIA & ALBERT: ART & LOVE EXHIBITION BRINGS COMMENTS CRITICIZING PRINCE ANDREW - Broadway To Vegas column - May 23, 2010

http://www.broadwaytovegas.com/May23,2010.html

The public should stop being so hard on Sarah Ferguson. Any man who has taken up 10 years of a woman's time owes her. If HM had agreed to a proper settlement, this never would have happened. Queen Victoria wouldn't have stood for her Albert being mistreated. No difference here. Married or not, divorced or not, if you ever loved someone and then toss them out and ignore their welfare, what does that say about you? Shame on Prince Andrew.
